Cybersecurity & app lab
Developing mobile-security architecture and software through research, hands-on development, and testing. Active-Session Defense provides a distinct research framework focused on safety after a device is unlocked.
Indianapolis · The HAMD umbrella
We’re building a connected portfolio of cybersecurity research, software development, service coordination, and creative work—focused on practical ways to help and protect people.

01 / Our focus
Developing mobile-security architecture and software through research, hands-on development, and testing. Active-Session Defense provides a distinct research framework focused on safety after a device is unlocked.
Building a coordination model that helps customers connect with independent providers across HVAC, plumbing, locksmith services, towing, mobile mechanics, and roadside assistance.
Developing family-led media production, modeling outreach, and storytelling, informed by exploratory media-production market testing. A creative thread within the broader HAMD vision.
02 / The transportation vision
A longer-term service goal.
Hamd Transportation LLC · Indianapolis, Indiana
Our longer-term goal is non-emergency medical transportation: helping patients reach the care they need.
The planning vision begins with ambulatory transportation and considers wheelchair capacity as a later expansion. Operational readiness and applicable compliance requirements will guide service development.
02—01A future shaped by a simple purpose: helping people get where they need to be.
03 / Security & software
Research with a direction.
Investigating post-unlock session security through continuous possession assurance, contextual trust, and response. The question at its center: how can a device respond when the circumstances around its use change?
Exploring consumer and professional applications of the ASD framework, translating the research direction into possible product experiences.
Active-session safety research within the cybersecurity work, extending the inquiry into safety during device use.
Planning tools for scheduling, route optimization, driver assignment, and compliance administration to support future transportation operations.
04 / Voice of the People
Active research & idea developmentVoice of the People (VOTP) is HAMD’s active research and idea-development pipeline. We monitor public congressional and other hearings, identify software opportunities, and build a library of ideas focused on protecting vulnerable people and government interests and operations.
The work starts with listening: what problems are people describing, where are the gaps, and what could useful software make possible?
Examples from the idea library
Exploring a deliberate pause when someone may be coaching a person into a payment, with the option to check with a trusted contact. A potential extension of ASD’s research direction.
A discreet trusted-family-circle check during a suspicious call claiming a loved one is in danger. The aim: make an independent check easier in a frightening moment.
A proposed companion feature: an ordered guide to first steps and official-resource links after a suspected scam, helping people find their bearings when the situation feels overwhelming.
Idea source: Voice of the People — Weekly Digest #1 · Dated October 17, 2026.
A separate government-focused software company is in development to address needs surfaced through VOTP’s hearing monitoring. Its direction is purposeful software for government interests and operations. This company-development track remains distinct from ASD.
VOTP-2026-005 explores a guided pause before someone pays, signs, or shares information with a person offering benefit, tax, or claim help.
The proposed experience uses information a person chooses to type or paste. Its scope excludes reading messages, calls, or inboxes; preparing or filing claims; collecting SSNs, bank details, or tax-return data; and providing legal or tax advice. The proposed receipt would remain on-device.
The concept brief proposes a clickable prototype with Sparks App Lab followed by a small set of discovery interviews to learn how people might use the idea.

05 / Approach
We connect real problems with practical ideas, combining research with hands-on development and testing. What we learn shapes the next iteration—and gives the work a clear direction forward.
Different initiatives move at different stages. Our aim is to make the purpose clear and the next step meaningful.
